Eye Care Optical accepts several vision insurance plans including
These plans provide coverage or discounts for eye exams, frames, and lenses.
It is your responsibility to check your benefits. Eye Care Optical will submit insurance claims on your behalf, but you are responsible for copays, deductibles, and material costs not covered by your plan.

Major Medical Plans
Eye Care Optical accepts the following major medical plans for eye exams:
- United HealthCare
- Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield
- WPS
- HealthEos
- Fortis
Your major medical plan (United, Blue Cross, Humana, etc.) may provide coverage for an eye exam but they do not provide coverage for frames and lenses. Many major medical plans partner with EyeMed to handle vision insurance claims. Check your plan or call the customer service number located on the back of the card for more information.
Eye Care Optical accepts Medicare insurance for routine eye exams, however, we do not accept Medicare for frame and lens purchases.
